Approved for lamp combination of 64W max, the input voltage is 120 volt and is typically used for CFS/4P, CFT/4P. CFQ/4P, CFM/4P, CR20/4P, CR32/4P, CR22/4P, CR40/4P, Linear T5HO, T8, T10 and T12 Lamps. This ballast has a sound rating of "A", a class of "P", and is suitable for air handling spaces, type "HL" approved. This fluorescent ballast must be grounded and is considered a linear case with side leads, including two reds and one yellow on one side and one black and one white on the other side.
