Satco's Dimmable LED series of ballast bypass LED T8 tube lights are here to replace your fluorescent tubes or for new construction projects where dimming is wanted or required. Dimmable LED T8 tubes provide up to 40 percent energy savings over existing fluorescent lamps, and a 50,000 hour rated life. You can now utilize Satco's LED technology when replacing T8 fluorescent tubes without a ballast or external driver. In order to install these tubes, you must bypass your current ballast or remove it completely. These T8 LED tube lights are wired at one end and therefore can only be used in non-shunted lampholders. This series of Dimmable Satco LED tube lights are NSF certified - making them safe to use in food service applications. These LED T8 tubes eliminate the need for an external driver or ballast and have a 220 degree beam angle, frosted lens, and a G13 medium bi-pin base for your retrofitting needs.
This model is DLC Listed and consumes just 13.5 watts of 120 volt energy. Suitable for use in dry or damp locations, these LED T8 replacement tubes are dimmable, will produce 1,700 Lumens of light output (that's an awesome 126 Lumens Per Watt), has 82 CRI and a rated life of up to 50,000 hours.
The physical dimensions of the Satco LED T8 Dimmable LED retrofit are 48 inches long (or 4 foot) with a 1 inch diameter. Please check the dimensions of your fixture before ordering. Each LED T8 retrofit bulb carries a 5 Year Limited Warranty.
