They generate between 15,000-20,250 lumens (up to 150 lumens per watt), have a rated lumen maintenance of 50,000 hours based on L70 lumen depreciation, a selectable color temperature of either 4000K Cool White or 5000K Daylight and a CRI of 80. This emergency high bay runs for 90 minutes after loss of power, generating 3,300 lumens. These LED high bay lights have a 0-10V dimmable configuration and carry a 5 year warranty.
