The Satco LED Sign Tubes feature a 90 degree rotatable R17d base for correct lamp orientation in vertical or horizontal installations, regardless of how the socket was originally installed. This tube is two-sided so it can light up single sided or double sided signs. The optical lenses that cover each individual LED chip in the tube eliminates hot spots and ensures a consistent light distribution across both faces of the sign. This item is Satco's 42" (3.5 Foot) LED sign tube - part number 15T8/LED/HO-SIGN/42-8(XX)/BP. These LED retrofit tubes DO NOT require an external LED driver. The existing ballast must be bypassed. The sign tube delivers 2100 lumens of either 4000K cool White or 6500K Daylight and runs on the universal voltage of 120-277V. This tube consumes just 15 watts, for a total of 140 lumens per watt. Now that is efficiency! This product has a CRI of 83 and measures 42" long by 1" in diameter, to fit your small sign applications.
