This item is the Morris 97050. It is insulated with a rugged high-dielectric black rubber/vinyl coating. This is a 2 conductor, Offset Dual Side Entry splice for use with a wire range from 4 thru #14. The wires enter on either side of the insulated connector where only one conductor is allowed per set screw and only one supply conductor per connector is permitted. Each entry point is supplied with clearly labeled removable access plugs over both the cable entry port and the hex screws. 

Each insulated cable connector is 6061-T6 Aluminum CU9AL Dual Rated for use with Copper and/or Aluminum wires. The operating temperature range is 49°F to 194°F (45° to 90°C).
