XFit Stairwell Fixtures, part of Keystone’s complete line of lighting solutions, offer innovative illumination for stairwells and corridors in commercial and retail applications. They’re available with Keystone’s Power Select and Color Select technology, which allows you to make changes in power output and color temperature simply by flicking a switch. Keystone Stairwell Fixtures also come with integrated ultrasonic occupancy sensors and compatibility with Keystone’s Smart Safe emergency LED drivers.

This is the KT-SWLED25PS-2A-8CSA-VDIM-P, a wattage and color selectable stairwell light fixture. They produce a selectable color temperature of either 3500K bright white, 4000K cool white or 5000K daylight. Operating on 120-277 volt circuit this fixtures consumes a selectable wattage of either 15/20/25 watts of energy. Generating between 1,950-3,150 lumens with a CRI of 80, these fixtures are suitable for both dry and damp locations. The total fixture life is 50,000 hours with a 5 year warranty and is DLC listed.
