This Keystone Ballast KTEB-228HE-UV-PS-SL, 120-277 volt, 50/60 Hz ballast uses Program Start operation and has a 0 degree F temperature starting capability. These electronic fluorescent ballasts have a Class A sound rating. This Keystone ballast is capable of operating either (1 or 2) F28T5/HE, F21T5/HE or F14T5/HE lamps. The input voltage is 120 through 277V, and meets FCC Part 18 Class A requirements. This electronic fluorescent ballast also incorporates Lamp End-Of-Life protection.
