This series of Keystone LED tube lights has a shatterproof coated glass tube and a frosted lens that eliminates pixilation. There is no risk of broken glass - making them ideal for food service (in fact they are ETL Sanitation Listed NSF/ANSI Standard 2 - Food Equipment) applications. Keystones Direct Drive LED T8 tubes eliminate the need for an external driver or ballast. For new construction installations, simply connect the 120-277V line voltage directly to the sockets. (SPECIAL NOTE: These Fluorescent to LED Retrofit T8 tubes require NON-SHUNTED medium bi-pin G13 sockets. It is always prudent to replace the 'tombstone' sockets any time you retrofit a light fixture. For the Keystone Technologies LED T8 tubes be sure to replace your tombstone sockets with NON-SHUNTED sockets). For retrofit installations, bi-pass the existing ballast by cutting the wires and instead connect the 120 or 277 volt line voltage directly to the sockets. No ballast or driver is required. Making your retrofit project even easier, Keystone offers a four (4) socket, non-shunted wiring harness - complete with the quick disconnect connectors.

These LED T8 replacement tubes are non-dimmable, will produce 850-950 Lumens of light output (that's an awesome 121-136 Lumens Per Watt), has a CRI >83 and a rated life of up to 50,000 hours.
The physical dimensions of the 2 Foot T8 LED Tube Light Keystone LED retrofit are 20.31" long by 1.10" wide. Each LED T8 retrofit bulb has an internal driver and is wired live on one end only. The 7 watt LED T8 tube has been designed to retrofit existing linear fluorescent T8 or T12 installations, thereby reducing maintenance and energy expenditures in residential, commercial, retail displays, hotel, motel and resort applications and as an energy saving light source for new fixtures and installations.
