Emergency light fixtures automatically switch on when power goes out to illuminate pathways toward egress exits. The Contractor Select EXG LED M6 Green Emergency Exit Sign uses the dual voltage of 120V or 277V AC Only. Emergency exits are provided with test switches, status indicators and rechargeable batteries. Emergency lighting must be maintained, serviced, and tested in accordance with all National Fire Protections Association and local codes. Failure to do so could jeopardize the safety of occupants and will void all warranties. The EXG LED M6 has top, back, or end mounting capability, with the canopy included. This green exit sign is UL Listed while meeting UL 924, NFPA 101, NFPA 70-NEC and OSHA illuminations standards. It is indoor damp location rated and 50°F to 104°F (10°C to 40°C) listed standard. 

The construction of the EXG LED M6 Emergency Exit Sign is a injection-molded, flame-retardant, high-impact, thermoplastic housing with snap-fit design components for easy installation. The housing is a universal j-box pattern that features easily removable universal chevrons for directional indication. The EXG LED M6 is a fully assembled single face green emergency exit sign but comes with an extra face plate for easy field-conversion to a double face. The letters are 6" high with 3/4" stroke, creating a 100 feet viewing distance rating, based on UL924 standards.
